We're back!

So, as most of you know we cut our trip in India a bit short. We ended up having more free time (in a foreign country where no one speaks English, and everything closes for 5+ hours each afternoon) than we knew what to do with. It came from a lack of organization within the program, and for those of you who know me, Megan + unorganization do not go well together. So we decided to head back to start classes. The down side - we are missing out on all the cool experiences in an awesome country. We are going to miss the wonderful people of India, and the fun we were having. The up side - I will graduate in April!!!! Adam is set up to start at the U in January, and we are moving in to the cutest apartment in Holladay (an awesome part of Salt Lake City)!!! So we are glad to be back and have been having lots of fun!
Here are some of the things we have been up to lately.....

The week after we got back Adam's sister Mary had her baby a week early, so we headed down to St George to help out! This is baby Krew. Mary's 5th boy. She is super mom! And Krew is so cute!

Seriously, this is her less than 36 hours after birth! Definitely doesn't look like she just had a baby!
He was so cute and so small. When we got down there, Makell's roomate Nicole set us up in an amazing room at the Marriott. Thank goodness she did, because as we arrived at the hospital the day before Mary was going to go home, we got a call that all 4 of her boys at home had the flu! Not wanting to take the baby home to that, she came and stayed with us at the hotel!! It was so fun to get to spend time with just Mary and the baby!

We got to spend some time down at the pool and work on our India tans (nonexistent due to the fact that we wore long pants the entire time we were there). We purchased an awesome HD video camera before India, and it is waterproof. We hadn't ever tried it underwater before. Adam had a blast using it! I saw the inner 5 year old boy come out in him.

The weekend after going to St George we went camping with our friends Colby and Aubrie. We had such a blast! We camped at Little Deer Creek Campground on Mt Timpanogos. We ate delicious food and had fun relaxing. This is Adam cooking delicious dutch oven potatoes!
Warming up by the fire. We were not quite prepared for the high elevation temperatures. Before we went to bed it was 19 degrees F and there was frost on everything (including the blankets in our tent)!

Colby and Aubrie (missing - the teddster their cute puppy and brinkley's new best friend)

Warming up after our slightly chilly night

Our tent with our cute camping blanket Adam's mom made for our wedding. Its adorable. It is a hippie blanket with big daisies made from fun bright prints and pieces of denim. I love it!
The next morning we decided to visit cascade springs on our way back home. It was really cool to see the natural springs that travel from 9 miles underneath the mountains.

Here's an underwater picture from our camera

Here are the boys geting that picture! Boys will be boys, even teddy wanted to help!

The view comming down the mountain of beautiful Deer Creek. We are so excited Adam's parents are coming home from their mission soon, so we can spend more time up in Midway again!
We stopped for a stroll along the train tracks

and to skip some rocks on the lake

We are having a fun time being back home with friends and family again!
